FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wall resonant panel comprises perforated and smooth surfaces, between which there is a sound-absorbing composite layer of complex shape. The latter is an alternation of continuous and hollow sections with a frame made of a rigid sound-absorbing material based on aluminium containing alloys. Hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces having in cross-section parallel to the drawing plane, the shape of a parallelogram. Internal parallelogram surfaces have a toothed structure. The teeth tops are directed inward the prismatic surfaces. The edges of the prismatic surfaces are fixed respectively on the perforated and smooth surfaces. The cavities formed by perforated and smooth surfaces between which a sound-absorbing composite layer of complex shape is located, are filled with soft absorbing material of mineral wool on the basis of basalt or basalt wool, or glass wool lined with glass felt. The inner surface of the perforated surface that faces direction of the sound-absorbing material is lined with acoustically transparent material such as fiberglass. The hollow section cavities formed by prismatic surfaces are fiiled with polymer foam and coupled by resonant cavities with openings formed by perforated and smooth surfaces, between which there is a sound-absorbing composite layer of complex shape.
EFFECT: improved noise suppression and structure reliability as a whole.
