FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a manufacturing technology for products made of composite materials (CM), namely rotational shells for power structures. Method for manufacture from CM comprises application of binder impregnated layers of raw material to a rigid mandrel, curing under heat, vacuum and pressure transmitted by the pack surface through an elastic diaphragm, and size machining. At that, the raw material package is divided into groups of layers, each applied sequentially to each other, compacted after application using a wound rectangular rubber band with coils arranged in a circumferential direction with a tension close to each other, and kept for the time necessary and sufficient for shrinkage processes in the raw material under the influence of elastic deformation of rubber. After the intermediate groups of the raw material layers are sealed, the rubber band is removed and after the full package is applied, it is fixed on its surface. Further, curing is carried out by means of elastic diaphragm under the influence of temperature, vacuum and pressure. After curing, the band is removed and machining is carried out to obtain the finished size.

EFFECT: increased strength characteristics of the cured CM, reduced raw material shrinkage, reduced costs of raw material and production tools, reduced complexity of manufacturing.
