FIELD: manufacture of articles from composite materials, for example manufacture of shells of revolution for load- bearing structures. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in application of starting material on rigid mandrel and impregnation of stack thus obtained with binder followed by hardening in hydroclave under pressure. First, mandrel with material stack is placed in elastic membrane filled with binder and placed in hydroclave. Then, cavity filled with binder and hydroclave are sealed-up, after which membrane is relieved from tensile stresses and hydroclave is filled with working medium. At the end of impregnation process, pressure of working medium in hydroclave is raised. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption and cost of process; improved quality of manufactured articles. 2 dwg
