FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process of items making from composite materials (CM) includes application of initial material layers impregnated with binder onto hard mandrel, vacuumisation of produced packet with the help of elastic diaphragm. Then hardening is carried out under effect of temperature and pressure transferred to packet surface through elastic diaphragm and mechanical treatment of stock to obtain a particular size. At the same time two batches of rubber cords are made with the same thickness, differing in configuration of cross section and rigidity. Cross section of cords in one batch is arranged as rectangular, and cross section of cords in the other batch is arranged as semicircular. At the same time cords with rectangular cross section are made of rubber with higher rigidity, compared to cords with semicircular cross section. Prior to vacuumisation, cords of both batches are placed between elastic diaphragm and packet of initial material along generatrix, alternating cords with square cross section with cords having circular cross section. Then cords are attached to initial material, after hardening they are detached, and cords are removed.

EFFECT: invention technology makes it possible to produce homogeneous structure of finished item material and therefore to maintain required quality of making items from CM.
