FIELD: processes and equipment for making articles of composition materials, for example envelopes of force constructions.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying initial material impregnated with binder onto rigid mandrel; placing mandrel in hydraulic autoclave; evacuating pack of material on mandrel by means of elastic diaphragm and consolidating it due to action of pressure and temperature. At first to cold pack of initial material pressure in range 45 - 48 kgf/cm2 is applied; then after soaking for 15 - 20 min and releasing pressure, pack is heated till temperature 50 - 60°°C. Hot pack is loaded with pressure 37 - 47 kgf/cm2 and heating is going on. Then pack is soaked at temperature 150 -160°C for 8 h and it is cooled till temperature 50 - 60°C. Pressure is released and cooling is going on. Heating of pack before soaking and cooling of pack after soaking are realized at rate no more than 15°C per hour. Evacuation is stopped before cooling.
EFFECT: improved quality of articles.
