FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as reliable DC power supply device of portable radio stations, vehicles, etc. Technical result is aimed at improvement of power supply systems storage batteries charge capacity. Technical result is achieved due to, that power supply device, containing storage batteries, electronic switches, connecting batteries with load, additionally comprises time relay, connected to electronic switches control inputs, logic element "AND", connected to time relay control input, voltage relays, connected to storage batteries outputs and with logical element "AND" inputs. When using storage batteries with smaller current take-off and at intermittent current take-off storage batteries charge capacity has larger value, than at high and continuous loads. Time relay in portable radio stations power supply device circuit performs storage batteries switching, increasing discharge time of each storage battery of device, which allows to increase service life of storage batteries by 10 % and thereby prolonging portable radio station continuous operation duration.

EFFECT: proposed device has low power consumption.
