FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used as a radio electronic and electrotechnical device for increasing the value of the DC voltage. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device for transforming the constant voltage value, comprising a primary circuit with input terminals, converter of the constant primary voltage of the power supply to the secondary direct voltage, and a secondary circuit with output terminals, wherein the converter comprising a resistor, a two-electrode capacitor, a single-electrode capacitor in the form of a hollow double-walled capacitor, inside of which a two-electrode capacitor is located, circuit breaker, connected to the capacitors, a circuit breaker connected to the capacitor by a two-electrode and a resistor connected to a common input terminal, a current interrupter connected to the capacitor by a two-electrode and an input terminal, a voltage pulse generator comprising three electric breakers connected to the input terminals, three relays connected to the input terminal through the electrical breakers of the pulse generator connected by a magneto-mechanical coupling to the current breakers and having contact breakers in each other's circuits, wherein the secondary circuit further comprises an electric charge accumulator connected to the secondary terminals, a series-connected stabilitron and a resistor connected in parallel with the accumulator, and a second stabilitron connected to the accumulator and the outer wall of the single-electrode capacitor.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at ensuring the conversion of the primary voltage of the electrostatic field to the secondary voltage of the electrostatic field without the use of induction magnetic converters in the form of transformers and chokes.
