SUBSTANCE: device consists of a final element, a transformer of a converter installation consisting also of a rectifier which is connected to load, to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth reed switches with control windings, to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth reed switches with no windings, wherein the first (fourth, seventh), second (fifth, eighth), third (sixth, nineth) reed switches with control windings are located in the AC magnetic field of current leads in Line A, B, C of the converter installation respectively, as well as the first (fourth, seventh), second (fifth, eighth), third (sixth, nineth) reed switches without windings, the first gauge unit with DC control power supply designed as Wheatstone bridge wherein a magnitoresistor is used as one of its ports and fixed in the DC magnetic field of the current lead in the converter installation and resistors as the rest of the ports, one Wheatstone bridge diagonal is used as outputs of the first gauge unit, and the other one is connected to the output of the DC control power supply, the second and the third gauge units configured in the same way as the first gauge unit, the first, second, third alarm units, the first, second, third control reed switches with control windings and the first, second, third adjustable resistors through which the control winding ends of the first, second and third, fourth, fifth and sixth, seventh, eighth and nineth reed switches are connected to the first outputs of the first, second, third gauge units respectively, the winding starts are connected to the second outputs of the first, second, third gauge units, the first tuning unit for magnetizing-current inrush designed as the first element "И", the first element "НЕ", the first, second, third elements "ВРЕМЯ", element "ПАМЯТЬ", the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth tuning units for magnetizing-current inrush designed exactly the same as the first unit, the first, second, third comparing elements, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth diagnostic units, the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth elements "И", the first, second, third, fourth elements "ИЛИ", where the first, third, fifth diagnostic units are designed as the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth elements "ВРЕМЯ", the fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth elements "И", the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, nineth, tenth elements "НЕ", the second, fourth, sixth diagnostic units are designed as the tenth, eleventh, twelfth elements "ВРЕМЯ", the seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth elements "И", the eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth elements "НЕ".
