FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: use: in electric power engineering. Protection device of the converter plant with a transformer with 2n secondary windings and 2n rectifiers contains an AC voltage rectifier, reed switch with a control winding, fixed in the magnetic field of the direct current conductor in the load circuit of the converter plant, and a control resistor connected to the first terminal of the control winding. 6n inductance coils are fixed near the bus connecting the terminals of phases A, B and C of 2n secondary windings of the transformer on the side of its low voltage with three-phase bridge rectifiers. Terminals of the inductors fixed near the tires connected to the terminals of the A phases of 2n secondary windings of the transformer are connected to the first adder, leads of the inductance coils fixed near the busbars connected to the terminals of the B phases of 2n secondary windings of the transformer are connected to the second adder, and the terminals of the inductors, fixed near the tires, connected to the terminals of the C phases of 2n secondary windings of the transformer – to the third adder. Outputs of the first, second and third adders connected to the inputs of the rectifying unit of alternating voltage, outputs of the rectifier unit are connected to a smoothing filter, one output of which is connected to the adjusting resistor, and the second to the second output of the reed switch control winding. Input of the reed switch is connected to the recording input of the MEMORY element, and the output of the TIME element to the reset input, at the same time, the output of the MEMORY element is connected to the input of the TIME element and to the switch-off circuit of the switch of the converter unit.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the device.
