FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to adjustable cannulas. The cannula includes a tubular body with a proximal end and a distal end, and a central axis defined therein, the first and the second deformable projecting structural elements. The length of the tubular body is adjustable between first and second positions depending on the thickness of the tissue, in the first position, the tubular body is fully compressed and the length of the tubular body is minimal, while in the second position, the tubular body is fully extended and the length of the tubular body is maximal. In this case, the tubular body has a hole formed therein. Thus, the first deformable projecting element of the structure is connected to the outer surface of the proximal end of the tubular body. The first projecting member includes the upper surface of the first projecting member and the lower surface of the first structure projecting element; the lower surface of the first projecting element is adapted to attachment to the outer surface of the body tissue. Thus, the second deformable projecting element is connected to the outer surface of the distal end of the tubular body. The second projecting member includes the upper surface of the secondprojecting member and the lower surface of the second structure projecting element; the lower surface of the second projecting element is adapted to attachment to the outer surface of the body tissue. The diameter of the first projecting element of the structure coupled to the outer surface of the proximal end of the tubular body, and the diameter of the second protruding element connected to the outer surface of the distal end of the tubular body is larger than the outer diameter of the tubular body.

EFFECT: invention provides improved imaging and increased working space inside the body.
