FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: methods and device for granulation are described, including the dynamic pressure regulation in the receiver to improve the control of the granules quality and their particle-size distribution. In one version, pressure regulation is carried out in the free space above the liquid or pulp volume in order to provide more accurate pressure regulation of the fluid or pulp in the receiver. In another version of the said invention implementation, a device for creating axial upward flow is used to provide more accurate pressure regulation of the fluid or pulp in the receiver.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality and particle-size distribution of the granules produced.
