FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for liquid food product preparation. Gas contained in the vessel is adjustably vented out of the vessel when liquid fills the vessel through at least one pipeline having a gap of such shape and such size that ensure selective outlet of volatile compounds while liquids, for instance, water or a mixture of water and more viscous substance cannot pass through this gap. The vessel is completely filled with liquid during preliminary moistening; then the vessel rotation rate is increased.
EFFECT: method ensures equilibration of effluent gas and liquid stream.
