METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUBSTRATE BLOCKS FOR GROWING PROTECTED GROUND VEGETABLES Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A01G9/00 A01G1/00 A01C1/00

Abstract RU 2614780 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the covered ground vegetable production. The method includes preparation of raw materials, feedstock vapour heat treatment, making the substrate full of biologically active substances, mixing and formation of substrate blocks using plastic bags. Sunflower husk is used as cleansed of impurities raw material. This steam heat treatment of the raw material is carried out at 60-80S during 3.5-4.0 h. Then, the neutralization of residual amounts of fatty acids of sunflower kernels is carried out by first treatment with 5% KOH in the ratio of 1 kg of raw material: 2 liters of solution followed by a secondary washing 5% HNO3 in a ratio of 1 kg of raw material 2 liters of solution and as biologically active substances using silica, which is mixing until it is complete saturation with 1% of Trichoderma and 1% zircon. Sunflower husks and saturated silica gel drying is carried at a temperature 40-50 °C within 3-5 hours and to the state of the flowability of substrate moisture level of 5% with next stage mixing in a ratio of 10:1, respectively by compression to reduce the initial volume and 50% in units packing. The method simplifies manufacturing of substrate blocks, which are enriched with biologically active substances of natural origin, and to increase the productivity of vegetables.

EFFECT: manufacturing of substrate blocks, which are enriched with biologically active substances of natural origin, that increase the productivity of vegetables.
