FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to hand tools for cutting hay. The tool includes the support plate with a circular opening in its geometric center, and the working element. A screw with a threaded bushing and a lever with a cap resting on the base plate is located in the opening. The working element are the knives rigidly mounted on the threaded tube perpendicular to the axis of the screw with blades sharpened to the base plate. The tube with an annular ledge is provided with a thread on which the clamping nut is fastened. The clamping nut has openings in which the cantilever elastic rod elements are fixed, configured with the possibility to accommodate their free ends in the screw thread grooves.
EFFECT: invention provides increased work efficiency and reduced costs of physical force in the hay roll separation.
