FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a cortical-spongy autograft from the iliac wing consists in using the following device. The end of a milling cutter fixed in a shank is fixed in a drill, and on the widest part of the iliac crest, a channel is annularly drilled out in the oblique-transverse direction from outside to inside and from top to bottom. The device for obtaining a cortical-spongy autograft from the iliac wing is an annular crown milling cutter with a length of 45-65 mm, a diameter from 12 to 22 mm, without a centering drill bit and with a difference between outer and inner diameter of 0.5-1 mm. The crown milling cutter is made with the possibility to be fixed in the shank with outer thread corresponding to inner thread of the crown milling cutter.
EFFECT: inventions provide for an increase in the efficiency and reduction in time of the treatment of patients with bone defects, slow-healing fractures and false joints of limb bones.
