FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endoscopic papillotomy device includes a laser light guide and consists of a two-channel Teflon catheter 1.5 m long and 2.8 mm in outer diameter, connected to a handle. Inside a bore 0.5 mm in diameter, a conductive string is arranged with a tip at its distal end connected to the coagulation device via the handle. Inside a bore 1.2 mm in diameterm, a laser guide is arranged which is connected to the SurgiLas device via the handle from the proximal end.
EFFECT: reduction of surgery trauma.
