FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes four variants of dental implant, belongs to the field of dentistry and is intended for restoration of the dentition in case of tooth loss. Dental implant contains the implant body implanted into the jawbone, having in the upper part a hole for the pin and a guiding hole, and abutment comprising lower fixing pin part, inserted into the pin hole in the implant body to ensure resilient fixation of the abutment in the implant body, and upper mounting part for mounting the prosthesis thereon. In the first variant, the abutment has a plurality of resilient legs formed by slot in its lower fixing part. Plurality of resilient legs comprises two types of legs: an elastic mounting leg cooperating with the fixing part in the implant body by means of existing fastening devices, such as securing recess, fastening protrusion or mounting shoulder, and a non-mounting support leg without fastening devices, where the length of non-mounting support leg is less than the length of the mounting leg. In the second variant, the abutment comprises a single resilient mounting leg with fastening devices, such as securing recess, mounting protrusion or mounting shoulder cooperating with fastening part located on the inner side surface of the pin hole in the implant body and support part located between the joint in close contact with the upper body of the implant body and the place, from which the elastic mounting leg begins, completely filling the guide hole in the implant body, without a gap allowing the mounting leg to bend, and a cutout, made next to the mounting leg so as to allow the mounting leg to bend. In the third variant the abutment comprises a plurality of mounting legs cooperating with fastening part located on the inner side surface of the pin hole in the implant body and a slot, made between a plurality of mounting legs so that the mounting legs can bend, where the mounting legs have corresponding fastening protrusions of various sizes. In the fourth variant the abutment comprises a plurality of mounting legs cooperating with the fastening parts, which are located on the inner side surface of the pin hole in the implant body, and a slot formed between the plurality of mounting legs so that the mounting legs can bend, where the mounting legs have fastening devices, such as fastening recesses or fastening protrusions located in different axial positions.
EFFECT: inventors can provide a suitable fixation force due to the possibility of bending the mounting legs in the abutment attachment part having a sufficient clearance.
