SUBSTANCE: method includes assignment of values shift of resource of acknowledgement (Ack)/negative acknowledgment (Nack) (ARO) in mode of time division duplex (TDD) using the first set of values and the second set of values. The first set of values comprises negative values and is used to determine an acknowledgment (ACK) resource shift of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) to transmit HARQ-ACK is PUCCH resources according to another subframe of the downline, and the second set of values comprises values between -2 and 2.

EFFECT: elimination of possible resources conflict between several sets of advanced downline physical control channel sharing same physical resources of upline physical control channel.
