FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry - diseases of oral cavity mucosa, and can be used for determination of degree of severity of changes in microbiota of oral cavity, small and large intestine in patients with licje ruber planus of oral cavity mucosa with hepatobiliary disorders, with exception of hepatitis, exacerbations of hepatobiliary system and pancreas. Essence of the method: markers of microorganisms are detected in samples of saliva, blood and feces for said category of patients by means of method of gas chromatography and mass-spectrometry. If in each of biosamples values of concentrations of detected markers of certain microorganisms or at least one of them increase in certain multiplicity in comparison with the average values of the same indices of control group, degrees of severity of changes in microbiota of oral cavity, small and large intestine in said category of patients are determined.

EFFECT: invention ensures determination of degree of severity of changes in microbiota of oral cavity, small and large intestine in patients with licje ruber planus of oral cavity mucosa.
