FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry and laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for differential approach to diagnosis of oral dysbiosis in patients with Crohn's disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC). Level of pH and free-radical oxidation state are determined in oral fluid, presence of gram-positive and gram-negative facultative anaerobes, gram-positive and gram-negative anaerobes and yeast fungi of the genus Candida is determined in the oral microbiota. At pH values of 4.7, light sum of luminescence is 10.85 c.u., amount of Staphylococcus spp. 105 CFU/unit, Enterococcus spp. 102 CFU/unit, Lactobacillus spp. 105 CFU/unit, Bifidobacterium spp. 105 CFU/unit, Enterobacteriaceae spp. 105 CFU/unit, Fusobacteria spp. 105 CFU/unit, and yeast fungi of the genus Candida in mycelial form in amount of 104-5 CFU/unit, oral dysbiosis with underlying CD is diagnosed. At pH values of 4.9, light sum of luminescence is 9.76 c.u., amount of Staphylococcus spp. 104 CFU/unit, Enterococcus spp. 102 CFU/unit, Lactobacillus spp. 104 CFU/unit, Bifidobacterium spp. 106 CFU/unit, Enterobacteriaceae spp. 104 CFU/unit, Fusobacteria spp. 104 CFU/unit, and yeast fungi of the genus Candida in yeast form in amount of 103-4 CFU/unit, oral dysbiosis with underlying UC is diagnosed.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves accuracy of differential diagnosis.
