SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to urology, can be used for diagnosis of chronic bacterial prostatitis after antibacterial treatment, as well as for monitoring and correction of control of treatment of patients with CKD. In patients with diagnosed CKD before treatment in the prostate secretion (PS) by gas chromatography – mass spectrometry, 57 microorganisms are quantified with simultaneous assessment of the total microbial load; pre-treatment microorganisms are counted; antibacterial treatment of CKD is performed; post-treatment microorganisms are counted; comparing the number of microorganisms before and after treatment and detecting the degree of microbiota dysbiosis in the PS; a corrective therapy is prescribed.

EFFECT: method allows evaluating a degree of manifestation of dysbiosis of the PS, performing dynamic control of the treatment and prescribing the personalized corrective therapy.
