FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry and microbiology, and can be used to diagnose oral dysbiosis. The composition of the environmental microbiota is determined. Saliva, scraping from the gingival edge of the mucosa and from the mucosa of the cheeks and soft palate are examined. The presence of six indicators found in the three biological media is determined, namely, six pathogenic microbial markers: Enterococcus spp., Staphylococcus, Blautia coccoides, Clostridium difficile, Kingella spp., Porphyromonas spp., six conditionally pathogenic strains of microorganisms: Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Cl. Hystolyticum/Str. Pneumonia Fusobacterium spp./Haemophilus spp., Prevotella spp., Propionibacterium spp. — Propionibacterium acnes, four strains of normal microbiota: Bifidobacterium spp., Lactobacillus spp., Aspergillus spp., Eubacterium spp., microorganisms, endotoxins, and plasmalogen. The total content of microorganisms, the content of the six conditionally pathogenic strains and the four strains of normal microbiota, the total level of endotoxins, the content of plasmalogen, and the concentration of the six pathogenic microbial markers are then determined. The resulting values are compared with the normal indicators. If the concentration of the six pathogenic microbial markers is 1.08–1.99 times greater, the content of the six conditionally pathogenic strains is 2 or more times greater, the total content of microorganisms is 2 or more times greater, the content of endotoxins is 2 or more times greater, the content of plasmalogen is 2 or more times greater, or the level of the four strains of normal microbiota is reduced, oral dysbiosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: possibility of raising the accuracy of diagnosis of oral dysbiosis by using the claimed microbiological and biochemical parameters.
