FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bulletproof composites and concerns composite based on unidirectional fibres with high strength of overlapped connection during shear and indent depth low value and method of its production. Composite contains plurality of adjacent fibres based layers, wherein each fibres based layer contains fibres, characterized by presence of surfaces, which are partially coated with polymer material. Said fibres, preferably, do not contain fibers protective coating. Fibrous composite is characterized by overlapped connection strength value during shear between adjacent fibres based layers, which exceeds overlapping connection interlayer strength value during shear between adjacent fibres based layers of comparable fibrous composite, characterized by presence of fibres surfaces, which are, preferably, coated with fibres protective coating, wherein said fibers protective coating is arranged between fibers surfaces and polymer material.

EFFECT: invention provides improving of bulletproof composite structural properties.
