FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely, to unstable electricity system drive. Driving device (1) for actuation of rotating shaft (21) comprises annular housing (11), magnetic pendulum unit (12), electromagnetic unit (13) and control unit (14). Magnetic pendulum unit (12) is made with possibility of rotation around annular housing (11) center (112), which passes through rotating shaft (21), and connected with rotating shaft (21) with possibility of combined rotation. Electromagnetic unit (13) and control unit (14) are located at distance from each other and installed on annular housing (11). Control unit (14) can turn on or off electromagnetic unit (13) for generating magnetic force between magnetic pendulum unit (12) and electromagnetic unit (13) to facilitate magnetic pendulum unit (12) rotation and provide magnetic pendulum unit (12) passage past electromagnetic unit (13), respectively.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of electric energy quality by generating additional kinetic energy due to magnetic pendulum gravity and inertia forces.
