FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for treatment of water and aqueous solutions and can be applied in horticulture and food industry. The method for producing negative red-ox potential aqueous solutions involves saturation of the primary solutions with hydrogen provided from a hydrogen source. Drechsel bottle is used as a reaction vessel, Kipp apparatus is used for hydrogen generation, the duration of hydrogen saturation process is 0.5-1 hours, 0.5-2 g/l KCl or K2HPO4 solutions in the amount of 100 or 200 ml are used as primary solutions. The resulting redox potential of the aqueous solutions is between -150 and -400 mV.

EFFECT: invention improves this method and its implementation.
