FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of preparing artificial mineralised (remineralised) water for drinking and household purposes and can be used in different fields - in engineering, medicine, food and cosmetic industries as well as in agriculture. According to the disclosed method, initial water is demineralised and divided into two portions. MgSO4 is added to the first portion in an amount which provides content of Mg2+ cations of 20-25 mg/l and SO4 2- anions of 80-100 mg/l, and the first portion is subjected to electrical activation. The obtained electrically activated water with redox potential from -5 mV to -500 mV is mixed with the second portion of demineralised water in ratio of (5-30):(70-95), respectively, brought to pH 6.5-6.9, and the obtained aqueous solution is mineralised by adding MgSO4, ZnSO4, Li2SO4, Cr2(SO4)3 and KCl in an amount which provides the following ion composition, mg/l: K+=16…20; Mg2+=18…24; Zn2+=1.6…1.99; Li2+=0.06…0.16; Cr3+=0.01…0.08; Cr=15…18; SO4 2-=75…100.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain ultra-fresh water of high quality with low hardness.
