FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing an aluminium melt, its superheating above the liquidus temperature. The molten metal is filled into the casting mould heated to the same temperature. Into the casting mould, the sheets from transitional metals or alloys on theis basis are pre-placed and filled up with granules from water-soluble salts. The sheets pre-coated with a layer of aluminium or aluminium alloy and then with activating flux. After hardening, the composite material is extracted from the mould and placed into the water.
EFFECT: invention improves the adhesion strength of the composite layers by reducing dry joint area between the composite layers.
