SUBSTANCE: accelerometer includes a body, an inertial mass M, piezoelements, a screw with a spring, wherein the inertial mass, the piezoelements, the screw with the spring are mounted on the intermediate base with the mass m (m<0.1M⋅) connected with the body base by an additional spring, the clearance between the inertial mass and the body - Δx, and the spring rigidity K are selected from⋅the rule K·Δx0.3Gmax·S⋅, where Gmax - the maximum acceptable tensions in the piezoelements with the area S.
EFFECT: increasing the small-sized accelerometer resistance to large external accelerations combined with a high conversion rate.
