where Ecm is the Young's modulus of the compound, ƒr is the resonance frequency of the accelerometer, Mp is the piezoelectric cell mass, M – inertial mass, S – area of flat surface of piezoelectric element, besides, between side surface of housing and inertial mass there introduced are stops made of soft compound, wherein total length L and thickness h of stops satisfy ratio
where Ec is Young's modulus of piezoceramics, hc is height of piezoelectric element, Hm is height of inertial mass.
EFFECT: high resistance of the high-sensitivity broadband impact-resistant piezoelectric accelerometer to lateral effects.
