FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for concrete compounds mixing and can be used in the building materials industry, construction and other fields of construction industry for the production of multi-component mixtures. That is, the creation of the vibration field is ensured over the entire volume of the mixer chamber for blending the components of the concrete mixture. The field corresponds by its form to corrugated contour of three-dimensional rotation body, forming in vertical plane section at top points of the goffer the truncated regular hexagon with simultaneous formation of multidirectional vibrations that completely exclude the presence in the chamber of the mixer "blind" areas, zones of homogeneous amplitude distribution of vibration field and ensures quality intensification of mixing process of these components as a whole. The technical result is achieved in that the vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with windows for materials loading and unloading respectively, the rotor with blades and rotary drive, vibrator with corrugated housing and the disk with the guide bar rigidly fixed in the middle of mixing chamber with oscillations exciting drive from the crank mechanism inside the vibrator housing in the center of the horizontal plane. The function of the guide bar is the creation of sustainable directional translational movement of the rod from the translational pair formed by the guide bar of the mixing chamber bottom, the rod of the crank mechanism and a cylindrical projection which is designed with possibility to insert and fix a spring in the internal diameter of the bucket having the function of free compression / release; and the rod is rigidly fixed at the upper internal part of the bucket and the pusher is rigidly mounted with its other end to the upper inner part of the corrugated body configured to excite vibrations of the upper part of the given vibrator housing. Wherein four projections are symmetrically secured at the outer cylindrical part of the bucket, whose function is to transmit reciprocating motion to disk designed to execute homogeneous distribution of the vibration field from the upper to lower parts of the housing by means of creation of homogeneous amplitude displacement values of each point of outer generatrix of the corrugated body, while spring compression to the stop into rubber gaskets made for shock absorption of projections collision with the disk. The housing of the vibrator is made in the form of corrugated metal covering, which is corrugated thin-walled body of rotation forming in the vertical section at top points of the corrugation truncated regular hexagon with the possibility of creation of the vibrating field that correspond as for its shape to the corrugated contour of the body of rotation with multi-directional oscillations.
EFFECT: invention allows expanding the store of technical means and new features achievement by the claimed objects.
