FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading materials respectively, a rotor with a rotation drive made with blades. The lower and upper vibrators are rigidly fixed in the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber in center which are made in corrugated bodies with excitation of oscillations by means of lower and upper crank mechanisms, respectively, and with the function of creation of vibration fields overlapping effect in the center of the mixing chamber from the lower and upper vibrators, respectively. Discs with guide posts are rigidly fixed inside each vibrator bodies in the horizontal plane the function of which is to create stable directed translational motions of the rods from the prismatic pair formed by the guide post of the lower part of the mixing chamber and the rod of the lower vibrator, lower crank mechanism and from the prismatic pair formed by the guide post of the upper part of the mixing chamber, the guide post of the blades rotation drive and the rod of the upper vibrator, the upper crank mechanism, respectively. The discs of the lower and upper vibrators are provided with cylindrical protrusions configured to be inserted and fixed along the inner diameter of the springs installed to be freely compressed and decompressed in cups, the rods are rigidly attached to the centers of the inner parts, and the pushers are rigidly attached to the center of the outer parts and with the other end to the inner parts forming the smallest corrugation casings, and provided with vibration excitation function from the smallest of corrugation casings of vibratrors. Four protrusions are symmetrically fixed along the outer cylindrical parts of the cups, which function is to translate oscillations to discs made with the possibility of uniform distribution of vibration fields from the smallest of body corrugations to points of bodies attachment by means of creation of uniform amplitude values of displacements of each point of outer forming corrugation casings at the moment of strings compression until about rubber gaskets made with the function of damping of impact of the protrusions with the disks. Bodies of the vibrators are made in the form of similar metal corrugated shells representing corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which form complex truncated geometric figures in section of vertical plane by points of corrugations apexes consisting of equal half-circles in a set which extreme points of intersection form apexes of regular hexagon, and made with the possibility of creation of two vibration fields similar in amplitude and different in frequency, each of which corresponds to the shape of corrugated contour of said bodies of rotation with differently directed oscillations.
EFFECT: expanded range of operating means and provided high quality intensification of the mixing process.
