FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for samples production for determination of multilayer protective dental splint (mouth guard) layer heat sealing strength has a disc shape, 100±1 mm in diameter and 10±0.1 mm high, a rectangular cut-out is made on the face side of the disc, 10±0.1 mm high, 24±0.1 mm wide and 1±0.1 mm deep, with a screw hole for attachmant of a metal strip, 1±0.1 mm thick, 24±0.1 mm wide and 40±5 mm long, bent at an angle of 90°. The metal strip is installed with the possibility to protrude above the disc at a distance of 0.5 to 1 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the complexity of sample production for various types of thermoform meters and vacuum form meters, for round or square plates.
