FIELD: polymers in light industry. SUBSTANCE: material contains a fibrous base and face thermoplastic layer made from a formulation based on polymer binder, plasticizer, and dye taken in proportion 1:(0.05-0.30): (0.002-0.05), respectively. Thermoplastic layer includes ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer with density 0,95±0,005 g/cm³, vinylacetate content 26-30 wt %, and flow-behavior index 15-40 g/10 min. Plastisizer contains petroleum paraffin with melting point 52-62 C, whereas dye is a granular one based on a low-molecular polyolefin. Thermoplastic layer is formed at 100-150 C with overweight 10 to 300 g/sq.m. Material additionally contains a filler and a back layer. Face and back layers are made either discrete or monolithic.
