FIELD: petroleum chemical and rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing synthetic rubber. Invention describes a method for synthesis of synthetic rubber by polymerization reaction of coupled diene or coupled dienes with hydrocarbon in solvent medium at increased temperature in the presence of catalyst followed by concentrating the polymerizate, stabilizing, neutralizing he rubber solution, isolation of rubber with aqueous degassing and drying. The concentrating stage of polymerizate is carried out after polymerization immediately by evaporation of a solvent part based on abrupt drop of pressure up to 0.2-0.5 kgf/cm2, and evaporated solvent is fed to step for mixing with diene or dienes being without its regeneration. Invention provides decreasing energy consumption in manufacturing synthetic rubber.
