SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding and concerns the use of icebreakers or ice-breaking vessel for collection and/or processing of oil collected from water. Dosing icebreaker or icebreaking vessel (10) for collecting and/or processing of oil is that the tank counter-roll system and/or the tank (21, 22, 23 and 24) heeling system used for collecting and/or processing of oil (16 ) collected from water. Oil is separated from water in the tank counter-roll system and/or the tank (21) icebreaker heeling system, the said tank comprising warm water (15) and pipe (19) of the steam heating. The tanks anti-roll system and/or tank heeling icebreaker systems have a separate line for the collection of oil, which is used when heeling tanks icebreaker is used for oil spill response.
EFFECT: invention provides an extension of the operational capabilities of the icebreaker and icebreaking vessel.
