FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer is created, having a mixing chamber with material loading and unloading windows, respectively, rotor with a rotational actuator configured with blades, a vibrator configured with a corrugated housing and rigidly mounted in the middle of the mixing chamber, the vibrator is configured to generate two vibration fields with identical amplitude and different frequency using the upper and lower crank mechanisms, in the vibrator housing, in the middle in the horizontal plane a disc is rigidly fixed with a cylindrical projection with a possibility of inserting and fixing of a spring in the inner diameter, the spring is mounted with a function of free compressing/decompressing in cup, with the upper drive crank mechanism rigidly fixed to the upper inner part center and a pusher fixed to the upper outer part center; the other end of this pusher is rigidly fixed to the upper inner part of the corrugated housing and provided with the function of vibration excitation from the upper part of the vibrator housing through the crank of the upper crank mechanism. At that, the disc with the function to provide uniform distribution of vibration field throughout the mixing chamber volume from the upper to the lower part of the housing by creating homogeneous amplitude values of displacement of each point of the outer housing flute generatrix, is arranged to excite oscillation from the central part of the vibrator housing by means of four pushers with upper parts symmetrically fixed to the disc bottom and lower parts connected to the movable pivot assembly the lower crank mechanism. Moreover, the vibrator housing is made in the form of a corrugated metal shell, which is a corrugated thin walled rotation body forming a complex truncated geometric figure consisting of an aggregate of equal semicircles in the vertical plane section by the flute vertices; the extreme intersection points of the semicircles form the square vertices, and configured to generate double-frequency vibration fields, conforming as a whole to the corrugated contour of this rotation body, with multi-directional vibrations.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical tools and provision of new properties achievement by the claimed subjects, implementation of the possibility to create two vibration fields with different frequencies throughout the mixing chamber volume for the mixed concrete components, so that the fields conform as a whole to the corrugated contour of a three-dimensional rotation body, forming a complex truncated geometric figure consisting of an aggregate of equal semicircles in the vertical plane section by the flute vertices; the extreme intersection points of the semicircles form the square vertices, with simultaneous generation of multidirectional vibrations in a two-frequency range to completely exclude dead zones presence in the mixing chamber, provide homogeneous distribution of the vibration exposure amplitude in the chamber and quality intensification of component mixing process as a whole.
