VIBRATION MIXER Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B28C5/48 B01F11/00

Abstract RU 2619614 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer has a mixing chamber with material loading and unloading windows, a rotor with blades. In the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber, the following is rigidly fixed in the middle: two upper and lower vibrators in the corrugated housings with vibration excitation by the lower and upper crank mechanisms, respectively. Inside each of the housings, discs with guide stands are centered horizontally and rigidly fixed, their function is to provide stable aimed translational rods motion from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the lower vibrator, lower crank mechanism rod, and from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber top, the guide stand of the blade rotation drive and the upper vibrator, upper crank mechanism rod, respectively. At that, the upper and lower vibrators discs are provided with cylindrical projections, the function of which is the possibility of inserting and fixing of springs in the inner diameter, the springs are mounted with a function of free compressing/decompressing in cups with rods rigidly fixed to their inner parts centers and pushers fixed to their outer parts center; the other ends of these pushers are rigidly fixed to the inner parts, forming the smallest of housing flutes, and provided with the function of vibration excitation from the smallest of vibrator housing flutes. The outer cylindrical cup portions have four symmetrically mounted protrusions with the function to transmit reciprocating motion to discs, capable of uniform distribution of vibration fields from the smallest of the housing flutes to the places of housing attachment, by providing uniform amplitude displacement values of each point of the corrugated housings outer generatrices at the time of full compression of springs into rubber gaskets with the function of mitigation of protrusions impact with discs. The vibrator housings are made in the form of the same corrugated metal shells, which are corrugated thin walled rotation bodies forming complex truncated geometric figures consisting of an aggregate of equal semicircles in the vertical plane section by the flute vertices; the extreme intersection points of the semicircles form the square vertices, and configured to generate two vibration fields with identical amplitude and different frequency, each one conforming to the corrugated contour of these rotation bodies, with multi-directional vibrations. Between the lower and the upper vibrator housings, in the center, a spring exciter is located configured as a spring group consisting of at least two different diameters of springs, which are fixed at diameters of recesses formed on the outer surface of the corrugated metal shells by the smallest flute group of the upper and lower vibrators, their function is to provide multiple groups of aggregate two-frequency vibration fields, each corresponding to the spiral shape of central springs of the spring vibration exciter forming vibration fields overlapping effect dynamization and additional vibration effects on the mixed components from the upper and lower vibrator housings, respectively.

EFFECT: intensification of mixing of these components as a whole.
