FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer has a mixing chamber with material loading and unloading windows, respectively, rotor with a rotational actuator configured with blades, vibrator with a corrugated housing rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, with vibration excitation by the crank mechanism, inside the vibrator housing, a disc with a guide stand is centered horizontally and rigidly fixed, its function is to provide stable aimed translational rod motion from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the crank mechanism rod, and a cylindrical projection with a possibility of inserting and fixing of a spring in the inner diameter, the spring is mounted with a function of free compressing/decompressing in cup, with a rod rigidly fixed to the upper inner part center and a pusher fixed to the upper outer part center; the other end of this pusher is rigidly fixed to the upper inner part of the corrugated housing and provided with the function of vibration excitation of the upper part of this vibrator housing, at that, the outer cylindrical cup portion has four symmetrically mounted protrusions with the function to transmit reciprocating motion to the disc, capable of uniform distribution of vibration field from the upper to the lower part of the housing by providing uniform amplitude displacement values of each point of the housing flutes outer generatrix at the time of full compression of spring into rubber gaskets with the function of mitigation of protrusions impact with discs, according to the invention, the vibrator housing is made in the form of the same corrugated metal shells, which are corrugated thin walled rotation bodies forming complex truncated geometric figures consisting of an aggregate of equal semicircles in the vertical plane section by the flute vertices; the extreme intersection points of the semicircles form the square vertices, and configured to generate a vibration field, conforming to the corrugated contour of these rotation bodies, with multi-directional vibrations.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical tools and provision of new properties achievement by the claimed subjects, implementation of the possibility to create a vibration field throughout the mixing chamber volume for the mixed concrete components, so that the field conforms to the corrugated contour of a three-dimensional rotation body, forming a complex truncated geometric figure consisting of an aggregate of equal semicircles in the vertical plane section by the flute vertices; the extreme intersection points of the semicircles form the square vertices, with simultaneous generation of multidirectional vibrations to completely exclude dead zones presence in the mixing chamber, provide homogeneous distribution of the vibration field amplitude in the chamber and quality intensification of component mixing process as a whole.
