The device comprises a feeder, a gas heater with a porous heat-conducting medium inside a plasma chemical reactor plasma arc generator apparatus quenching and cleaning synthesis gas, slag receiver, wherein a gas heater located in the plasma chemical reactor and contains a coarse porous medium.
