IRAF prognostic index is calculated. If IRAF is less than 0.5, no atrial fibrillation development is predicted. If IRAF is greater than or equal to 0.5, atrial fibrillation development is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of postoperative atrial fibrillation risk assessment due to complex evaluation of the most significant indicators.
