METHOD FOR STRATIFICATION OF RISK OF DEVELOPMENT OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION IN PATIENTS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR PATHOLOGY AFTER CARRYING OUT RECONSTRUCTIVE CARDIAC SURGERY Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2610922 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: concentration of interleukin-6 in pg/ml, interleukin-8 in pg/ml, superoxidedismutase in U/g and diameter of left atrium in mm are determined. Index of risk of development of atrial fibrillation (RF) is calculated by formula. If RF index is less than 0.5, development of atrial fibrillation in patient after coronary bypass surgery is not predicted. If RF index is higher or equals 0.5, development of atrial fibrillation in patient after coronary bypass surgery is predicted.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out efficient stratification of risk of development of atrial fibrillation due to evaluation of the most essential indices.
