METHOD OF PREDICTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEFT VENTRICULAR ANEURYSM IN PATIENTS AFTER MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT GENETIC FACTORS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2801684 C1

FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to determine the risk of left ventricular aneurysm in patients with myocardial infarction. To predict the development of left ventricular aneurysm in patients with myocardial infarction, blood is taken for genetic analysis and polymorphisms rs2238296 of the POLG gene and rs4673 of the CYBA gene are determined. In the presence of a combination of the CC rs2238296 genotype of the POLG gene and the CC genotype of the rs4673 polymorphism of the CYBA gene, the development of left ventricular aneurysm in the postinfarction period is predicted.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of predicting the development of left ventricular aneurysm in patients with myocardial infarction, taking into account genetic factors.
