SUBSTANCE: device comprises a natural gas main pipeline, an air separation plant for producing high pressure oxygen, an electrically driven and steam-jet compressors for natural gas and oxygen compression, coolers for natural gas and oxygen, a solid fuel steam boiler, a high-temperature superheater of steam-gas mixture of high pressure, a high-temperature condensing steam-gas turbine with an electric generator with additionally applied according to the invention steam-jet compressors for natural gas and oxygen, a high-temperature superheater of steam-gas mixture of medium pressure, a vortex separator of superheated steam and carbon dioxide, a carbon dioxide turbine, a solid fuel boiler with natural circulation, natural gas from the main pipeline and oxygen from the air separation plant are compressed in steam-jet compressors for natural gas and oxygen, supplied to the high-temperature superheater of steam-gas mixture of high pressure, superheater steam is supplied from steam boiler superheater to their combustion products, saturated steam from its drum is used as injection agent in steam-jet compressors for natural gas and oxygen.

EFFECT: use of a superheated steam and carbon dioxide vortex separator allows to intensify heat exchange process in condenser and improve installation efficiency.
