FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: high-strength concrete of a mixture consisting of portland cement, silica sand, crushed granite, additive and water, contains quartz sand with a fineness modulus of 2.2 as sand, crushed granite with a fraction of 5-20 mm as crushed stone and an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.035 g/cm3 and a pH value of 6.5 as an additive. The aqueous solution consists of a polycarboxylate polymer based on methacrylic acid with a density of ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0, of polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite with a density of ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0, of 40% aqueous solution "Russian glyoxal", of alumina sulfate, aluminium hydrate sol and water in the following mass ratio, wt %: polycarboxylate polymer based on methacrylic acid with a density of ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0 to 10.0-13.0, polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite with a density of ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0 to 10.0-11.0, 40% aqueous solution "Russian glyoxal" - 3.0-3.5, alumina sulfate - 1.5-1.8, aluminium hydrate sol - 1.5-2.0 and water - 71.0-71.7. Wherein the mass ratio, wt %, of the high-strength cement is as follows: portland cement - 14.32-16.32, specified sand - 32.72-33.22, specified crushed stone - 44.15-45.13, specified additive - 0.12-0.14 and water - 6.69-7.19.
EFFECT: increased compressive strength and frost resistance.
