FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: high-strength concrete produced from a mixture containing Portland cement, sand, crushed stone, a silica-containing component, and additive and water, contains quartz sand with fineness modulus Mfineness=2.1 as sand, granite crushed stone with particle size of 5-10 mm as crushed stone, H2SiO3 sol with density ρ=1.014 g/cm3 and pH=4±0.5 as a silica-containing component, and a water solution with density ρ=1.12 g/cm3 and pH=8.0±0.5 as an additive, which consists of a mixture of polycarboxylate polymers: a polycarboxylate polymer on the basis of methacrylic acid with density ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and pH=7±0.5, a polycarboxylate polymer on the basis of an allyl ester and an anhydride of maleinic acid with density ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and pH=7±0.5; sodium gluconate, C6H11NaO7; sodium formate (HCOONa) and water at the following component ratio, wt %: polycarboxylate polymer on the basis of methacrylic acid with density ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and pH=7±0.5 - 9.0-10.5; polycarboxylate polymer on the basis of an allyl ester and an anhydride of maleinic acid with density ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and pH=7±0.5 - 10.5-11.0; sodium gluconate, C6H11NaO7 - 2.5-2.9; sodium formate (HCOONa) - 1.3-1.4; water - 75.2-75.7 at the following component ratio of concrete mix for high-strength concrete, wt %: Portland cement 38.5-40.5; the above crushed stone 42.09-43.09; the above said sand 8.0-8.41; the said silica-containing component 0.1-0.11; the above additive 0.12-0.17; water 9.19-9.72.
EFFECT: improvement of rate of strength development at compression at an early age.
