FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: high-strength concrete of a mixture consisting of Portland cement, silica sand, crushed granite, fine filler, additive and water contains quartz sand with a fineness modulus of 2.2 as sand, crushed granite with a fraction of 5-20 mm as crushed stone, fine limestone with a specific surface area of 260 m2/kg as a fine filler, and an aqueous solution with a density of ρ=1.030 g/cm3 and a pH value of 5.5 as an additive. The solution consists of a polycarboxylate polymer based on methacrylic acid with a density of ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0, of polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite with a density of ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0, of sodium gluconate, calcium chloride and water in the following mass ratio, wt %: polycarboxylate polymer based on methacrylic acid with a density of ρ=0.95 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0 to 12.0-15.0, polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite with a density of ρ=1.03 g/cm3 and a pH value of 7.0 to 11.6-12.0, sodium gluconate - 2.9-3.0, calcium chloride - 1.4-1.5, and water - 69.1-71.5. Wherein the mass ratio, wt %, of the high-strength cement is as follows: portland cement - 15.0-18.0, specified sand - 30.25-31.25, specified crushed stone - 41.21-42.71, specified limestone - 2.15-2.25, specified additive - 0.15-0.17 and water - 8.24-8.62.
EFFECT: lowered abrasion of high-strength concrete.
