FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: high-strength concrete relates to construction materials, and can be applied to make concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as for erection of special purpose. High-strength concrete prepared from mixture containing Portland cement, sand, crushed rock, water, and complex additive, contains quartz sand with fineness modulus of 2.7 as sand, contains crushed stone of 5-10 mm fraction as crushed stone and complex additive with density of 1.07 g/cm3 and pH 6.5±0.5, consisting of iron (III) hydroxide sol with density of 1.021 g/cm3 and pH 5±0.5, and plasticiser from mixture of polycarboxylate polymers: polycarboxylate polymer on basis of methacrylic acid with density of 0.95 g/cm3 and pH 7±0.5, polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ester and maleic anhydride with density of 1.03 g/cm3 and pH 7±0.5, and water in following proportions, wt.%: polycarboxylate polymer on basis of methacrylic acid with density of 0.95 g/cm3 and pH 7±0.5 - 10.5-11.5; polycarboxylate polymer based on allyl ester and maleic anhydride with density of 1.03 g/cm3 and pH 7±0.5 - 11.5-11.8; iron (III) hydroxide sol with density of 1.021 g/cm3 and pH 5.0±0.5 - 8.0-8.5; water 69.0-69.2, with following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 17.7-18.4; above sand 41.62-42.0; above crushed stone 32.8-33.0; above additive 0.18-0.2; water 7.0-7.1.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of shrinkage of high-strength concrete.
