FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make concrete articles in civil and industrial construction, as well as during erection of special purpose structures. High-strength concrete obtained from a mixture comprising portland cement, sand, crushed stone, an additive and water, contains sand as sand with a fineness modulus of 2.4; crushed rock – particle size 10–20 mm, additionally contains shale ash with specific surface area of 900 m2/kg; as an additive contains a complex additive consisting of an aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer CP-WRM, represented by a copolymer of acrylic acid and ethyl ether of methacrylic acid, with density ρ=1.033 g/cm3, hydrogen pH=6.5; aqueous silicic acid sol having a density ρ=1.021 g/cm3, with pH=3.5 and polycarboxylate polymer Sika Viscocrete 225 based on allyl ether and maleic acid anhydrite in the following ratio, wt%: said aqueous solution of polycarboxylate polymer CP-WRM 88.0–91.0; said aqueous solution of silicic acid sol 6.0–0.0; said polycarboxylate polymer Sika Viscocrete 225 3.0–4.0; with following ratio of components, wt%: portland cement 20.0–22.0, said sand 26.0–26.7, said crushed stone 41.0–41.8; said ash 2.8–3.0; said complex additive 0.2–0.3; water 8.0–8.2.
EFFECT: creation of high-strength concrete with high water-resistance and high corrosion resistance.
