FIELD: medical biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: in contrast to the known methods for determining the need for revaccination against measles in medical workers, depending on the age, the content of class G immunoglobulins to the measles virus in the blood serum of medical workers is determined by the method of immunoassay analysis using the test system “VectoKor-IgG”. In the age group of 44 years inclusive and younger, if the IgG content to the measles virus is less than or equal to 0.097 IU/ml, revaccination is required. If the IgG content to the measles virus is more than 0.097 IU/ml, revaccination is not indicated and dynamic laboratory monitoring of the IgG content to the measles virus is required once a year. In the age group over 44 years, if the IgG content to the measles virus is less than or equal to 0.171 IU/ml, revaccination is required. If the IgG content to the measles virus is more than 0.171 IU/ml, revaccination is not indicated and dynamic laboratory monitoring of the IgG content to the measles virus is required once a year.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of vaccine prevention.
