FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method for a vacuum frame manufacturing comprises a form assembly of given shape in which form elements: external 1, internal 2 of the side, insert 3 and housing 4 form a cavity in shape of seal profile 5 of the frame, a screen 6 of transparent polycarbonate 7 with the through holes around the perimeter is inserted in the form on the acrylic sealant layer to create an elastic coupling between both (subscreen and above-screen) seal sides, and then a liquid silicone or polyurethane are injected into the noted cavity, the construction is allowed to stand until the end of the polymerization process, after that the form is removed and the finished frame is taken out. The resulting vacuum frame is a transparent screen made of polycarbonate with a seal made of polyurethane or silicone, tightly bound around the perimeter through the screen with flexible bonds.

EFFECT: increased productivity of frames obtaining process, good frames yeld and increased useful life.
